Fill Out The Application Form
All applicants must have a Malaysian sponsor. Your sponsor can be an MM2H agent, except for the Sarawak MM2H program. Ensure that you use a reputable registered agent.
Documentation
Complete and submit the required documents. You can do this yourself if you are familiar with the latest rules, but many people prefer to work through an MM2H licensed agent who is familiar with the process. You will be responsible for the MM2H agent’s fee.
Processing Approval
Processing and approval of your MM2H application usually take 4-5 months.
Conditional Approval
If your application is approved, you will receive a conditional approval letter from the MM2H immigration unit.
Document Submission
Upon arrival in Malaysia, you have six months to submit the remaining required documents to the MM2H authority
