Required Documents:

  1. Passport Biodata Page:
    Biodata page of the passport
  2. Certificate of Good Conduct (CGC):
    The CGC must be in English or translated into English and certified by the Malaysian Embassy/Consulate. (valid for 6 month)
  3. Resume:
    (i) Working experience
    (ii) Company’s name
  4. Medical Form:
    The Medical Form must be completed individually.
    Main applicant is required to submit Form MF I from origin country for submission and MF II Medical Form in Malaysia after the Conditional Approval.
  5. Marriage or Divorce Certificate:
    Marriage Certificate (if accompanied by spouse and/or children) or Divorce Certificate (if accompanied by children).
    The certificate must be in English or translated into English and certified by the Malaysian Embassy/Consulate.
  6. Birth Certificate/Legal Documents:
    Required if accompanied by children, adopted children, stepchildren, or parent.
    The certificate must be in English or translated into English and certified by the Malaysian Embassy/Consulate.
  7. Additional Documents for Specific Cases:
    (i) Letter of verification from a Medical Specialist/General Practitioner (if accompanied by children with disabilities of aged 21 years and above).
    (ii) Legal custody document (for sole custody) and letter of authorization from the other parent (for divorced parents accompanied by children).
  8. Health Insurans (After approval) – for participants aged 60 and below (local/oversea – worldwide coverage)
  9. Fixed Savings Account & Purchase of Property:
    Ownership of a fixed savings account :
    USD 1,000,000.00 for PLATINUM with minimum RM 2,000,000.00 value of property.
    USD 500,000 for GOLD with RM 1,000,000.00 value of property.
    USD 150,000 for SILVER with RM 600,000.00 value of property .
    USD 32,000 (age 50+) for Special Economic Zone – Value of Property (minimum price will be based on the respective state’s regulation of foreign home ownership under special economic/ special financial zone)
    50% withdrawal is allowed on the principal value for the purpose of purchasing property, health, and education of children.

Note: Ensure that all documents are accurate, in English or translated into English, and certified by the Malaysian Embassy/Consulate where required. Failure to provide any of the specified documents may result in delays or rejection of the application.
