General Requirement (Applicable to all categories)
To qualify for the MM2H program, applicants must fulfil specific criteria, including financial prerequisites:
- Applicant: 25 years old and above
- Only through licensed MM2H agents accredited by MOTAC under the Tourism Industry Act 1992 (ACT 482)
- Spouse (husband/wife)
- Biological children/stepchildren/adopted children (under 21 years old)
- Disabled children (no age limit) certified by a medical expert
- Biological children/stepchildren/adopted children (between 21 and 34 years old) who are not working and not married in Malaysia
- Parents and/or parents-in-law
