Required Documents:
- Applicant’s Presence:
Applicant or representative MM2H company must be present. - Letter of Intent:
Intention letter for individual / agency representative letter for MM2H company (if relevant). - MM2H Agency Director’s Details:
Copy of MM2H Agency Director NRIC (if relevant). - Release Letter (if applicable):
Release letter from the previous MM2H company that signed the personal bond (if relevant). - Passport Details:
Copy of principal and dependent passport particular and MM2H pass page. - Conditional Approval Letter:
Original and copy of Conditional Approval Letter. - Dependent’s Age Requirement:
Dependent must be aged below 18 years old. - Student Personal Data:
Original student personal data with photo (Blue Colour) background.
