Client Charter: 30 Working Days
Required Documents:
- Applicant’s Presence:
Applicant or representative MM2H company must be present. - Letter of Intent:
Intention letter for individual / agency representative letter for MM2H company (if relevant). - MM2H Agency Director’s Details:
Copy of MM2H Agency Director NRIC (if relevant). - Passport Details:
Original and copy of applicant and dependent passports (if applicable), both old and new (if relevant). - MM2H Passes:
Original and copy of applicant and dependent (if applicable) MM2H passes.
Photocopy of the passport page bearing the most recent entry stamp. - Immigration Forms:
Form Imm.12 with a photo (blue background).
Form Imm.55 (Main Applicant & Dependent – if applicable). - Conditional Approval Letter:
Original and copy of conditional approval letter. - Offshore Income Proof:
Current proof of 3 months’ offshore income of RM10,000.
Latest bank statement (savings/current account).
Confirmation letter from the government for pensioners. - Personal Bond:
Stamped personal bond with the RM10 revenue stamp or the online Stamp Duty Assessment and Payment System (STAMPS) payment. - Relationship Documents:
Official relationship documents issued by foreign authorities, such as marriage certificates and birth certificates (if not in English, must be officially translated into English) and authenticated by either the Malaysian Embassy or Consulate abroad or the Foreign Embassy or Consulate in Malaysia. - Health Insurance and Medical Report:
Original and copy of health insurance for those below 60 years old.
Medical Report Form MFII (Main Applicant & Dependent – if applicable).
